The Control of Dog Act requires dogs out in public places to have a tag/collar containing a house name/number, postcode and owners surname. E.G. Smith - 1, AB12 3CD.

A telephone number is optional but recommended.

Remember to include any information that you think is worthwhile for the safety & security of your pet. E.G; Microchipped, I'm Deaf, Medication Needed, Do Not Feed, Food Allergies.

You may select a background colour for the reverse of the tag and the option of black/white text for both the front and the reverse.
